Yep. No workout today. Migraine, nauseous, upset stomach. No fun.
I think I might skip legs, they feel really shaky and I seem to cramp up if I flex or stretch them the last two days. Specifically the inner teardrop quad. Odd. Taking some taurine, I need to buy some bananas. That probably would help my stomach too.
Ugh... Today was just an off day all day. Not very happy at all.
