2nd week on my new routine, getting good gains so far but only time will tell...

lat pulldowns 130 x12, 170 x 10, 210 x 8, 210 x 8, up 15 lbs this week, no problems but a good stretch and pump

barbell rows 155 x 10, 205 x 8, 205 x 8, up 10lbs and no problems so far, probably at 45 degree angle. got some weird looks as I went slow down but fast on the actual pull, touched my stomach each time

Power cleans 165 x 7, 165 x 7, 185 x 6 felt dizzy and sick after but all had good speed. up 10lbs from last week

pull-overs 60 x 8 both sets nice and easy for a stretch I will go higher next week

Dumbell shrugs each hand 110 x 15, 110 x 20, 110 x 25
felt good but I am paying for the high reps right now:bawling:

high reps on cleans? Your crazy! :)
I've done 6 rep hang cleans before and even 4mins rest isn't enough to recover!
 
I took only one minute between the first two sets but I needed about 2 before the last one and about 2 after. I had to jump up since when i wasn't looking someone took my 5's and there were no 10's available so I figure what the hell 185 isn't that heavy;)
