At the risk of pissing some ladies off....

As stated before, it takes a little bit of time to put together a diet that fits into your lifestyle. Sometimes a work / school environment can be restrictive, but it is possible if you take a look at the time and freedom you have available. For ex., I used to travel ALOT for work & live out of hotels for a while. I always carried some protein mix & oatmeal w/ me. I kept protein bars for while I was enroute somewhere and even hauled around a Brita water filter pitcher if I knew the hotel water was suspect. It makes a HYUGE difference, but I had to spend time considering how I could pull off some of this stuff. I've also traveled w/ those packs of tuna and some Tupperware containers to mix my food in. Buy a salad at the airport & throw in the protein.

It just takes a little preparation & creativity.

when I hit my bf goal...ill do......something in the way of a pic.....

I couldn't agree with this thread more, there are no reasons for the excuses, either you want something and are dedicated to working hard for it or you're not....

Now Shadow.....where's the booty shot???? :p

I've got to agree... I don't believe there are excuses for anything. Hell, some men in prison manage to put on some muscle and they have a pretty restrictive schedule, wouldn't you say?

Break or no break, put some fricken almonds in your pocket. Eat egg whites in your car when you're at a red light. Or "Oops, I forgot something in my car!" and suck down a shake. If you WANT IT you will find a way to MAKE IT WORK. Excuses only mean you don't really want it. I have yet to hear an excuse that is 100% valid...

A lady after my own heart...... :)

There are reasons

There are excuses

...people need to learn the difference

Wow.. that sucks!

What kind of work do you do? No way at all to have easy foods.. protein bars, nuts, etc.. something you can put down fairly quick?

I'm a secretary for a law firm. I will be able to eat protein bars and things like that, but I wouldn't have any time to prepare foods. So ready made things, I can eat.
