Are people still doing Cornholio's Old School Method of training?

I've been out of the gym for about 6 months and won't be able to get back in for another month or so. At this point, I've lost almost all the gains I made from all my previous lifting (I didn't drop out, I've been training for other things) and I want to jumpstart myself and gain as much back as fast as possible.

I plan to try Corn's Old School method as that worked very well for me in the past. For the new guys, I was actually one of the test dummies for when he first posted it and became a firm believer.

Anyway, have there been any revisions to the program or better ones from Corn lately?

By the way, how's it going Corn? I hope you're still banging around this dump. :D

I haven't yet but I'm about to do the program you did, then when I plateau goto another one of his programs, I think it might be a five-day but I'd have to check.

seems like more people do needsize's 5x5 program now

do a search for that

I do the 5x5 for my biceps and they are definately thicker. I love it for biceps, but I wouldn't do it for chest, I just can't get the same kind of pump doing 5x5 on my chest as I can with a more traditional routine. I'm gonna do 5x5 for tri's as well starting next week, I hope it will have the same effect as it has on my biceps.
