Anyone running 10iu's or more of GH a day?

Tell us about your results. Was it much more effective each time you increased the dose? I can't handle more than 6 iu's/day because the hand pain/numbness becomes too severe. I'm just wondering what i may be missing out on?
 
gawd no man. i'm doing 4iu ed and i don't think my body could handle anymore than that. maybe a bigger man. i'm about 177

I've never been there. I havent even tried GH yet. But my guess is you are probably only missing out on more numbness and pain. But it don't hurt to wonder.
 
i've used GH several times. i noramlly did 4iu a day. second time i did it i did 8iu a day mon-fri, and only difference i noticed was huge puffy achy hands, foot went from a 10 to 11 (over time) and much more feeling of well being. not worth it. when/if i do it again i will stay at 2-4iu a day.
 
i think the highest ull see around here is from 4-6 ed, even tho i remember seeing on the ssb board that someone was running it at 8iu ed but that was their final peak for their contest prep... and they were also around 270
 
You might want to try switching to eod. As of now I just decreased my dose from 12iu's eod to 8iu's eod. My hands are pretty bad in the morning to where I cant even close them to make a fist but once I get up and my body seems to warm up then its fine.
 
Back in the 90's, I listened to one of Duchaine's audio tapes where he stated that most pros at that time were using 1IU per 10-20 pounds of bodyweight....or something close to that.

I personally use 4ius five days a week. My growth hormone levels from chemotherapy was really on the low end. I am on hrt for life. The difference now with 4ius is a difference. I can go into a deep sleep, iam not always sick,my bruising went away. Going past 6 is over kill. You want to play it safe. 2-6 is in a safe range, rember more is not always better.
 
I'm on 4iu's/day right now, i want to utilize my GH for growth, not just to burn bodyfat. Once again, i'll go to 5 iu's/day, maybe 6 iu's, but definitely will stop there. The last time i spoke with Ret, he said he goes as high as 10 iu's/day. I'm convinced to get that Gh gut like some pros, they must run 10iu's/day or more over a long period of time. Definitely don't want that. I pride myself on having/acheiving that Shawn Ray, Dexter Jackson type of physique.
