Hey, has anyone ever used FITDAY diet program. I heard its a good program to use because it can help you plan all your diet stuff out etc. Let me know if any of you have tryed it and how well it worked for you thanks.
i've always used the free version. it's funny what you think your caloric intake is and what it winds up being when you plug in all the numbers in the program. i also like the fact that i can put in little side notes for each days and plug in goals that i'd like to reach for each week or month and so on. it's a really good program and i've recommed it to a handfull of friends. just make sure your diligent with it or it won't do you much good as far as little tweeks here and there. good luck
