my chest is doing great but stil cant get that fat on the nipple to go away...been dieting well.cardio,and pumping great workouts....i do 4 sets 8-10 reps flat bench,4 6-8 decline,4 8-10 incline,dumbell incline and decline 3 sets,and flies...anyone have a great workout or advise for me..thanx alot...jellyman01
