Just like chucking dieting in? even on ckd where you can have nice tasting food sometimes I sit there with a plate of roast chicken thigs and just wonder why.

Then I see a bloke with an excellent physique or an attractive female or a fat person and am back on track, anyone else use anything else for motivation?

LOL...everyday and then I look at the progess I have made and I just go right back to it! Hang in there! It will become somewhat normal for you in a month or so.

Although my goal is not to attract females, I do usually set standard goals to follow when trying to diet. The easiest way for me has been to image I'm doing a "bodybuilding" show and need to get in shape, it's not much but works like a charm.

tuc, any motivation that you can get to stay on track with your diet is useful. If that is what works for you, then use it, by all means.

Yea, recently I have seen a bloke with an NPC superheavywieght stamdard physique and a woman with a stripper/fitness competitor physique and it is the guy who pops into my head when a set starts to become gruelling not the woman, provides a lot more inspiration.

Yup, that's one of the best inspirations...be him and be better than him! :)

right on, that's what I started doing these past several months.

I think about how far I've come, and how I'm making progress everyday.....why fuck it up by eating a bunch of shit that will satisfy me at that moment, but make me get mad at myself come the following days.

any motivation is good dude
i know what you mean about the tasty food
i am a chef and bombarded with the stuff 50 hours a week but i think to when i started atkins back in mid august and how i have lost 48 pounds and gained 12 pounds in muscle for a net of 36 pounds
that is all i need not to dive into the 20 pounds of mashed potatoes i cooked up this morning
instead i dive into a pound of salmon and a cup of napa cabbage
good luck bro
and check the food section for my "yummy culinary experimentations for ckd" i am constantly adding stuff to it and some are really tasty
