I'll admit, the notion has it's appeal. Acording to scientology, steroids
probably do not have a great effect on relevant intrinsic parameters.
Ok, now for the warning. Scientology sounds cool from afar. However, penetrate the theology deep enough and things start to get wacky fast. I've heard many accounts of the process of making/becoming a clear (what’s the word they use? Auditing?) being simply well designed brainwashing. The scientologists I've talked to would have me believe that this is so.
I've talked to several devout scientologists who were claimed to be "clear." Oh boy, I've never had such a feeling of superiority over someone before. You know the feeling you get when your around some brainless dim-witted dork who thinks he or she is some sort of genius intellect? Yeah, kind of like that - only stronger.
I'll admit, that much of the philosophy is intriguing, though I've never studied it in depth.
Schwarzenyeater, I understand the nature of your desire. Find that path inside yourself.
