im eating low carb- basically high protein, green veg, fish oils, but at a calorie deficit
i am also running 25-50 mcg of t3 a day, and working out 3 times a week.
i am really worried about loosing my muscle gains.
what are the best foods to take in to prevent muscle wastage-
what about some low carb, low fat dairy.
what else is good
