ANBW Diet.

Ran across the perfect CKD food today that is cost effective, convenient, and that everyone likes. This food is what will make up this All Natural Buffalo Wing Diet.

Get some buffalo wing sauce. I noticed at the store that Buffalo Wing sauce has almost no nutritional value. It has 5 calories and those are mostly from oil in it. The best sauce i reccomend is Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce.

Get some Ranch dressing. I chose ranch because it has the least ammount of carbs. Blue cheese has too many. The ranch i found had 17 grams of fat 1 protien and 1 carb.

Get some chicken wings. These wings are really cheap. 1.59 a pound. Get them in the meat section, and just cut them in half and cut the end part of the wing off. Fried to a crisp, with no batter, these wings will give you 30 protien and 20 fat.

Altoghether this meal will give you about 30 protien and 35 fat, but you could modify it however you want to suit you nutrient goals.

This meal should not cost you more than 5 dollars a day. It is easy to make, and i reccomend frying the wings in the morning, shaking them up with the sauce in a tupperware container and leaving them in you kitchen for later snacking. They stay warm for a long time, and are good even if they get cold.

This diet should be followed along with the macronutrients of the CKD manual, on Mr. Xs articles forum. This could replace all of the meals of CKD, but i would reccomend taking in some flax oil, with a good protien source.

If you are talking about the oil from frying, than it is minimal. You should dry them a little on a napkin after frying. These are not breaded, so there is nothing for the oil to soak into. The frying actually lowers the ammount of fat depending on how much you cook it. the more you cook it, the more fat gets melted awway.
My estimate for the macros of the wings was a estimate, if they were fried to a crisp. Plus they taste way better that way.
