i use a hell of a lot of supplements and they are costing me a fortune and it takes me ages to prepare in the morning before work. am i wasting my time and money?
tribulus, vit c, multi vitamin, vit a+d, leukic, creatine, taurine, glutamine, omega 3, flaxseed oil, wpi, mrp's. all this daily and then i cycle some clen and testoripped(yohimbine+eca stack). anyone elose go to this extent?

hol shit dude. take it easy. Eat more meat and you will get bigger and stronger. You ARE wasting your time and money. Aside from a multi vitamin and some pre workout supps (no2 type and creatine) and protein you don't need anything besides lots of food.

thanks man. what does the no2 actually do for you physically. i'm not juicing at all either.

I think I used to be addicted to supplements. It's ironic because I was skinny and weak back then.

I'll try about any supplement just to see what it does but I have found that a protein shake PWO, Casein before bed, and maybe some creatine is all you need. The rest just seems like a waste of money to me.

I see all of these skinny dudes at the gym talking about all the supplements they take. It's ridiculous. If you're spending like 300-400 dollars a month on supplements why not just by the real thing?

N02, let's see..

OMEGA can explain this much better than I, but N02 gets more nitrogen in your blood, gives you temporary vasodilation (veins expand slightly) and helps get more blood and nutrients into muscle cells. Plus, cuz of the vaso effects, it gives you awesome pumps in the gym, and helps you recover a little better and helps improve strength. There's some real science behind it, but I don't know a whole ton about it other than I like using it for workouts and it's goos stuff.

I'm using Amp02 right now from AGX sports, and it is seriously kick ass. Check out my thread in this section, you'll see it under Ultimate sponsor stack. I've used other N02 supplements, and I thought they were pretty good, and they are decent products, but Amp02 is definitely the best I have ever tried, and the price is better too.

I used to love No-Xplode then it stopped working, I switched to No-Shotgun and it worked fine and then I decided to try Superpump250 which I don't think does anything.

In short I don't really feel like these NO products work for me any more. NO-shotgun was the only one that consistently worked for me. Maybe I will give it another go.

Why not try Amp02? I have used a few other NO2 supplements, thought they were pretty good, but Amp02 is definitely way better, and cheaper too.

I'm with you though, most supplements are garbage and I laugh at skinny guys at the gym ranting about supplements when they don't do a whole lot minus a few.

Ive been training since I was 12 years old.I am now 31 almost 32.I used to have a bench in my bedroom when I was 13,when other kids had video games.Have always used supplements and have seen many come and go.The basics witch I have used for most of my life are:Good multi vitamin,Glutamine,Creatine(sparingly),BCAA powder, good prohormone stack, liver support,ALA,fat burners when cutting, weight gainer when bulking, whey protein when dieting, efa caps.I do bulking phases where I take 2-3 and sometimes 4 ph in one run.Meaning start with one then add one then switch them all the while lifting heavy and eating surplus calories. Then I do cutting phases were I will take a nitrix product to maintain muscularity and add a fat burner and drop calories and supplement with lots of Whey and Casein.

Sounds good.

I think there should be an order or checklist to go down for people just starting out.

1. Work your ass of in the gym
2. Eat lots of food
3. Get plenty of rest
4. Protein shake
5. Creatine
6. Multi-vitamin
7. Pre-workout stimulate
8. MISC supplement
9. Start to experiment with stronger supps (prohormones, etc.)

I see retards that have never worked out and they want to go buy something at GNC and work out a few days so they will get buff. They're not even giving the supplement a chance to work this way.

IMO, you never really know how effective something is until you have all of these other things in check. People would be shocked at how far you can get just by training hard, eating, and resting. That brings me to another thing. People don't workout out hard enough!!!!
