Am I eating enough? Critique my diet.

I'm currently 400mg EQ a week, 50mg winstrol EOD for 12 weeks

Goal is to gain about 5-10lb LBM while cutting BF to under 10%

I'm 5'7", about 157lbs 12-13%BF


2 6 oz pork chops 680 cal 95g protein
3 slices of whole wheat bread 330 cal
1 protein bar 310 cal 30g protein
2 cans of tuna 300 cal 60g protein
2 protein shakes 340 cal 70g protein


Total Cal 1960
Total Protein 255grams

I either obtained the nutrition facts from Anabolicreview.com or the back of the food label.

Thats pretty much what I eat everyday with a lil variation in the the meat products.

What do you guys think? Am I wasting my cycle by not eating enough? I appreciate all suggestions.
 
Unfortunely that's for the whole day, its so hard to eat that much healthy food :D

Do I really need that much carb? I'm at school most of the time, and hit the gym hard for 1-1.5hr 5x a week, no cardio, just heavy weight-lifting. I'm afraid all that carb (1.5x of protein) will just be stored and turn into fat.:mix:
 
way, way low.....more food, less bars and shakes.....more carbs and more protein...add some pb for easy concentrated calories and good fat.....
 
You might want to keep your work out to under an hour. It helped me in all aspects. Body weight & strength

86 the pork chops and throw in some lean beef..at least 93%. You'll experience much better growth from beef. Add some carbs, but keep them under 30grams a meal. One serving of oatmeal, serving of brown rice, and/or 6 oz. sweet potato.
