Age and Steroids-SUSTANON250.

It makes sense since the tendons probably degrade with age to assume that increased muscle mass and strength may result in more tendon injuries. How about glucosamine and chondrotin for you older folks also?

Glucosamine, chondroiton and shark cartlage.

First of all i would like to say hello to all members of EliteFitness .Greetings.
Right now down to it.
Three years ago stopped smoking got rush of energy so started going Gym.
Feel like i have worked hard at it going 5 times a week.
Monday shoulders-Tuesday back-Wed-legs Thurs- Chest-Fri-Arms.
Combined with 3 cardio workouts a week.
Very satisfied with results.Very toned.
However its that feeling could be doing better and look bigger that made me decide to try the Sustanon 250 .
Doing 250 wed and sunday total 500.This is my first week.
Will keep posted of effects and gains if anyone interested.
Any comments and constructive advice welcome.

You would probably do very well on Test and HGH.
Keep us posted on your SUSTANON cycle.
 
I'm 40 and recently finished my first ever cycle of sus250 (single shot only) Went from 220 lbs to 242 over a 12 wk period.
Getting set for another round shortly - this time at 500mg pw...salivating at the thought.
Be patient and lift like a trojan, the most noticable i found was how quick my recovery was, having lifted for 19 yr drug free :p
 
Seems like there are a lot of over40s on this site.It is only a matter of time till we take over the gyms.Thanks for all the interesting information coming out.It is quite a while since i have had a injury.Ihope this is due to the30 minute cardio sessions before the workouts.Some people i have heard like training in the evenings.Itrain 6 in the morning and allways have.My gym is too busy in the evening-cant be doing with queing for long especially when on test(lol).Anyone else noticed the over40s begining to take over.Will give latest on sustanon later in week but am begining to feel slight differences.Bye for now Mr Abs-happy training.

Latest onSustanon 250
Well its been three weeks now-6 250 doses
Have noticed 5 things
1-Weight slightly increased-clothes getting tighter
2-Slight increase in temperment
3-Quicker recovery time not as many aches day after training
4-A increase in feeling horny-not going to waste the testosterone am resisting temptation.I dont exspect anyone to believe that.
5-Lifts getting easier.
So my conclusion so far is that it is begining to work.

I'm 49, recently ran my first cycle of Sust - Deca - Dbol (first 6 weeks) -- I think the Deca was a real help in building sustainable gains. Now I have started cycle #2: EQ - Test-E - Winstrol (final six weeks). Have been lifting for 25 years now, finally getting the hang of it...

Seems to me gear (like youth) is wasted on the young!
