First of all i would like to say hello to all members of EliteFitness .Greetings.
Right now down to it.
Three years ago stopped smoking got rush of energy so started going Gym.
Feel like i have worked hard at it going 5 times a week.
Monday shoulders-Tuesday back-Wed-legs Thurs- Chest-Fri-Arms.
Combined with 3 cardio workouts a week.
Very satisfied with results.Very toned.
However its that feeling could be doing better and look bigger that made me decide to try the Sustanon 250 .
Doing 250 wed and sunday total 500.This is my first week.
Will keep posted of effects and gains if anyone interested.
Any comments and constructive advice welcome.
