Whats the scoop on this bros? I may get this tomorrow when I place an order for Amplify. I see that its more of a PWO shake, but will it be ok to take it anytime during the day + after workouts? Also how does it taste? I like my Optimum Nutrition Whey flavors so I hope its similar.

It has no taste. It's mainly for post workout although I take it twice a day. It's best used with a glucose source like gatorade post workout. It has the highest digestability rating the FDA gives out, same as baby food. It also has acetylated Glutamine added so you don't have to buy it seperately. The protein content is much higher than Optimum.

i have used it and think its good stuff
i used it mostly pwo with some dextrose and creatine
seemed to do the job

Post workout is when your muscles need protein the fastest. ISO AGB breaks down very quickly for this purpose. Also, the Acetyl l Glutamine is best post work out. But yes you could use it for general protein purposes if you want to.

ISO-AGB is good for post workout as well as a way to add high quality whey isolate to other whey proteins (to "sup" them up).
