Here it is my daily meals varries some (ie. some nights instead of yams i will eat brown rice some mornings whole wheat english muffin toasted with all natural peanut butter, maybe a can of tuna for luch instead of chicken anyway you guys get the idea any advise is appreciated need to get body fat down i was at 14% back in Feb also was on a Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - only cycle from Jan-Feb 250 ew tore my acelias tendon playing football with the bros hit a gopher hole and there it was partial tear anyway was out of the gym up until a month ago so gained some weight was eating like crap and not in the gym at all oh and by the way i am 37years old 5"7' 197-200 depending on water retention right now 202 20% body fat I have been training off and on since i was 13 ran several test cycles beetween ages 18-26 nothing since last feb Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - i really want to do it right and maybe even compete someday soon just for fun this is a hobbie for me the only thing i do i do not fish.hunt,golf maybe a little but i love to train and i love to be in the gym. Unfortunately last Nov 2006 My wife was 7 1/2 months carrying our son and we lost him its been tough so i really need to focus on this goal to compete helps me to get through the day any way i really appreciate all the help you guys are giving me help me to get thru the days i love reading all your posts. Anyway enough of my rambling anyhalp greatly appreciated. Pdog


4:30am-1 pack plain oatmeal w/1 tbs honey 1 slice whole wheat bread Max muscle full blown extreme with 16oz water

5:15am-workout

6:30am-Post workout: protein shake 40g (Max Muscle Iso-Extreme) One a day multi Vit.

9:00am-Morning snack: Bannana,1oz whole plain Almonds,protein shake 40g w/20oz water

11:30am-Lunch: 6oz chicken breast,1cup salad w/newman low fat italian,20oz water

3:00pm-Evening Snack:Appple,Protein Bar 32g, 20oz Water

6:00pm-Dinner:6 oz chicken Breast,Yam,1 cup Veggies (green),20oz water

8:00pm-Last Meal:Sugar Free Jello,Glutamine w/20oz water

First I'd like to say sorry about your son. My condolences.
What are your goals? I hate trying to read runon sentances.

Meal looks good, you could try running some clen with your program.
 
Sorry about the run on sentences I will try to be better not the best at this.I would like to put on some more lean muscle mass and drop bf. I would like to maybe try and hit my first show next summer its going to take alot of work put I am up for the task. hanks for the condolences

9:00am-Morning snack: Bannana,1oz whole plain Almonds,protein shake 40g w/20oz water (Suggestion, put in another 'real meal' like veggies and tuna or chicken/turkey........... with some complex carb like brown rice, quinoa, spelt, kamut.....)

11:30am-Lunch: 6oz chicken breast,1cup salad w/newman low fat italian,20oz water (I would put in veggies and some carbs, save the salad for night meals)

3:00pm-Evening Snack:Appple,Protein Bar 32g, 20oz Water (I am not a big fan of protein bars, most are just candy bars with protein in them)

6:00pm-Dinner:6 oz chicken Breast,Yam,1 cup Veggies (green),20oz water

8:00pm-Last Meal:Sugar Free Jello,Glutamine w/20oz water (You could use some protein here) Online!


It is a really easy thing to fall into, but try not to be a slave to the protein shake.........

I would also supplement with essential fatty acids, like fish oils, and you could probably double your vitamin/mineral tablets. Most people who train are deficient in micronutrients.

Thanks tatyana i was just reading about the faty acids today i think i will pick up a supplement any that you reccomend.

I don't know all the brands that are available in the US.

One that I really like that is made in the UK (I think a lot cheaper in the US) is Pro-Lipid (CNP-Dorian Yates Approved), I also really like their CLA.

I also think that a good quality multi-vit, naturally sourced goes a long way, even though they are more expensive. I rate Solgar (not sure if in the US) and New Chapter (which I know is defo in the US).

I often buy huge amounts of fish oils from Holland and Barratt's, especially when they have their half price sales on, but I will drop a bit more on CLA.

You can also buy Omega-3 oils you can use on veggies, to make your own salad dressings, Clearspring or Meridian are great companies, macrobiotic quality foods.
