Hey everyone, looking for a little help - me and my girl have been together for about 2 years, we just went through an ectopic pregnancy :(

She used to want it all the time, every day, every night - anyway I wanted it, well its been about a month and a half since the ectopic prego and now she NEVER wants it, wont even let me turn her on.. she started birth control so I dont get it...

any advice appreciated -- thanks

How longs it been for you? Its messing with her big time - she now thinks itd be best if we didnt live together for a while....... its getting ridiculous, I need your opinion so I know how to react...

Under normal conditions, fertilization takes place outside of the actual uterus, and the fertilized ovum travels down one of the fallopian tubes and implants in the uterus.

In ectopic pregnancy for whatever reason the fertilized ovum becomes implanted in a fallopian tube. You have all the symptoms of pregnancy and then about a month and a half in or so you are suddenly dropped by pain because the embryos growth is swelling the tube. The condition requires immediate surgery before the tube ruptures. In the course of the surgery the fallopian tube and embryo are removed.

It's just hormones. They do take awhile to get back into sync....so just talk and be open with eachother and all will be well. Oh! and be patient.
