my right pec lags a little from my left and I want to bring it up as close as I can....I also need to build my upper chest...and I've been trying to bring out my lateral delts my tris stick out more than my delts and I'm trying to get that cap...and I've been crushing them with volume and heavy weights thinking about maybe hitting them twice a week maybe. any experienced advice would be great. Thanks
