Hello, new to the forum and got a serious question. I am semi fit now. I want to bulk up but not to the point of having huge bulging muscles (not criticizing the people that do), but rather the leaner looking muscles that vin diesel has. I know for him a lot of it is genetics, but is there a way to get close to that type of tone doing certain exercises or specific weight that I should limit myself to?
BTW, I am 5'10' and weight 180 lbs. I have a little bit of a gut and am semi toned because I life weights occasionally. Im open to any advice, thanks.
