advice for getting back my symetry please

I have always had pretty good symetry until recently. My left bicep is lagging my right quite a bit. This wasnt always the case. I am right handed, and maybe its from wanking too much.:verygood: Or it could be from the shoulder surgery that left my whole left arm immobilized for 6 weeks, followed by 6 months of painful rehab. I think its the latter. My left delts and tricep have actually came back to almost fully symetrical, just cant seem to get the bicep going. I lift the same weight with it as the right, but usually fail a rep or two early. I have noticed that it is mostly the inner head that is lagging, if that makes any sense.

Should I hit the left with an extra set of hammer curls or some thing similar to try and bring it back up? I know I dont want to over train it cause the opposite will occur and it will lag farther back. Let me know of any suggestions any of you may have.

And always workout with DB's for now. Also, be mindful if there are any movements you make during the day, at work, or around the house, that could be tiring that arm.
