The 'advanced super stack' from needto is about complete, 3 days to go and then I'll start the PCT process. It was my first cycle in a decade, but I took all sups at the low recommended dosage (2 caps a day) and it's been a wild ride to say the least.
At 39 years of age, I was amazed to see myself put on 28 pounds of mass in only 4 weeks with the Diesel/TFO combo. A good amount of pudge was put on as well in the waist but the cardio routine afterwards helped kick in the burning while I was on the Dermacrine bridge for the following 4 weeks.
When I started the second half of the cycle with Beast/Katana, I was kinda shocked that nothing was really happening until half-way into week 3 and then holy cow did everything change. I couldn't stop sweating, and my strength went through the roof. The sweating was really bad though because it affected my sleep really bad, waking up every 90 minutes or so. Now that I'm at the end, I'm starting to sleep a 4 hour block, take a piss, then sleep another 4 hours and that's okay. Diesel didn't affect my sleep, just the Katana I guess. Since the second half of the cycle didn't kick-in until almost week 4, I just decided to continue the 2 caps a day program until I emptied the bottle. So I will finish at day 41 with the Beast, but I feel okay and my waist-line is looking better than it ever has Which is really why I'm finishing the bottle to get the max fat-loss I can get.
So my timeline was:
Diesel/TFO 1-4 weeks, 2 caps
Dermacrine 5-8 weeks,
Beast/Katana 9-14 weeks, 2 caps, (3 caps on chest day, lol)
After all is said and done, I picked up 23 pounds of lean muscle, and dropped 11% body fat. Not too bad for an old fart like myself. My question is about PCT. I've got Needto's Forged PCT, Cell Labs PCT, and a bottle of Sustain Alpha. I've also got 40 tablets of 20mg Nolva in case of an emergency but I don't plan to use it (hopefully).
I definitely want to keep most of what I've put on. It's been expensive, my shoulders were bothering me with the increased lifts on the bench, and I found out that was the problem (the bar), so I sold my bench and bought 30-100 lb rubber dumbbell set in 5lb increments and my shoulder pain is gone. $1.50 pound for those things adds up but I love my setup in the basement Also bought a Powertec Leverage gym setup that is super easy on the shoulders and safe to do squats and presses un-spotted.
Any other suggestions or additions for PCT that I start Saturday? I know I got enough stuff to get me started for sure. Needto's PCT and Sustain Alpha in the 'package' was supposedly enough for this advanced stack, but I bought the Cell Labs for more safety.
