acne right after training

what can I do to avoid freaking acne after training, I train in the am time and about 6-7 hours later and the next morning I have pimples with pus all over my forehead and back, is this normal? or my liver needs a cleansing? thank you.

Most guys who suffer from acne aren't showering after their workouts - big mistake

When you workout and sweat, it'll clog your skin pores and lead to acne if you don't shower right after your workout.

If you are prone to acne - you want to make sure to shower 3 times per day. Upon waking, after your workout and before bed.

Start showering 3x a day and I promise your acne will go away

Do you have a shower after? Or walk around sweaty all day?

You just need to improve your hygiene. Have a towel with your in the gym, and wipe off the sweat off your face. Change T-shirts if you get all too wet. And then take a shower. Make sure all of your clothes are properly washed before putting them on. I personally wash all of my cotton training clothes at 90-100 degrees Celsius to make sure all bacteria and other stuff are killed.

You might just have oily skin or be prone to acne. That means that you will have to take extra steps to keep the area dry. Try tanning and scrubbing multiple times per day.
