about to have a nervous breakdown

fustration is threw the roof. im eating alot alot of food for my bulker. my carbs come from 2 potatoes,1 apple,1 banana, detrose post w/out. now my protien comes from chicken 180g then another 100 grams form isopure...fuck me though im still at 1600-1700 calories....where do i find another 1200-1500 clean calories??!?:!??!?!?! fat?? please help
 
well 2 potatoes, 1 apple...etc

that isnt enough carbs for one meal when you are bulking!!!
I eat about 2-5 baked potatoes
2-3 servings of rice
1-2 servings of oatmeal
40-80 gr of dex
and we havnt talked about my pre work out meal ( no clue what the actual carb/cal count of it is) but I usually eat a PB and honey sandwich or maybe two LOL

you gotta eat alot bro!!! what is your actual meal plan look like!?

I'll help you out since I want to see a good match between you 2 and I'm not picking sides.

I eat a can of sunflower kernels. 7.25oz can About 21 carbs in the whole can and most all fats are mono and polyunsaturated , meaning they will be burned as energy. 1330 calories

Peanuts or Peanut butter is also another good bet as it is high in fats that will just be burned as energy

Any nuts will be a good source.

You may want to look up the nutritional information in fruits such as grapes as well. This can be used in combination with the nuts to do the job.

I also read the beef top round is 97% lean... Maybe something there for ya
