fustration is threw the roof. im eating alot alot of food for my bulker. my carbs come from 2 potatoes,1 apple,1 banana, detrose post w/out. now my protien comes from chicken 180g then another 100 grams form isopure...fuck me though im still at 1600-1700 calories....where do i find another 1200-1500 clean calories??!?:!??!?!?! fat?? please help
