This is a quick PM to let you know that on June 23rd and June 24th, there will be a period of downtime associated with a large server upgrade and migration project. The EliteFitness.com homepage should remain available with a message explaining that we are upgrading our servers and systems, but the boards and order system will be unavailable for about 24 hours.
During that time, our systems admins will be busy migrating our servers to a new ISP and upgrading our systems. I know that this downtime will be unpleasant, but when it is over, we will benefit from improved performance and we should have everything back to normal on Friday or Saturday.
The good news is that we will have our servers located at an even better ISP and members should experience improved performance. Finally, please do not panic in the unlikely event that the forums remain unavailable over the weekend. This scenario is unlikely, but if it were to come to pass, then it would merely be an indication that the migration took a little longer than had been anticipated but is not a cause for concern.
