about protein powders!! and skim milk! help

hey i use designer whey and is woondering before bed if i mix it with a half cup of skim milk(and i eat below30 carbs all day) will the skim milk turn to fat? will it stop me from achievin a ripped abdominal... you think a tbs of heavy cream is better? people say heavy cream is better but i think it has bad sat. fat...what would be better..? can sum1 help...and by the way what do u think of the taste of designer wheey? which is the best tasteing low carb? is it eas myoplex??? well i just wanna kno if i will still be in ketosis if i only have a half cup of skim milk b4 bed..that is if i dont have below 30 today
what about lean body b4 bed?

Well I don't understand how your brain is even working on 30 carbs a day,I honestly don't think the skim milk will hurt any at all, if anything it will help you+if your eating that low of carbs a day make sure your getting healthy fats such as flax,all natural peanut butter and healthy oils.

I agree, but at the same time, adding protien to carbs reduces the overall glycemic index making the carbs less likely to get so rapidly digested. The best thing to do when on a ketosis style diet is get the ketone strips to make sure you are staying in ketosis. If using them, you could always try something and piss on a strip to see if it affected your ketone output, if you did, then you know it was too many carbs, if not then your good to go.
