this past week, I finally got my stuff together, started on a diet that consisted mostly of chicken, 5 small meals a day, as i'm trying to lose weight as well as still maintain strength, I ended up in an altercation...broken jaw, broken nose, 4 teeth (flashlights will do that to you)...and something of the like of subdural emphysema (air under my skin)...so my jaw is getting wired tomorrow
so my ? is...what is my best bet here...a mass of protein shakes? try to liquify other types of protein...i'm thinking maybe I can eat fish as its pretty flaky, but I don't foresee chicken or beef or anything like that
i was going to the gym daily, on a 3 day split, and would take a day off when I felt my body needed it...
just wondering what others recommendations may be...thanks
