We've a 'bent bar' in our gym but I've never used it

Very nice on the shoulders, I have started to squat with a tail grip, 3 fingers over the bar pinky and thumb under helps alot with shoulders my Mobility has turned to shit as I got heavier as you'll expect 😭

Bent bars great less strain on the shoulders and won't put alot of strain on my elbows when benching, alot of low bar squaters have elbow pain when benching so were utilising this bar for that purpose and the transition from bent bar to low bar is easy in the future..

@abolone good work on the legs. I've been seeing a lot of leg training today on different logs, but this 1 is 1 of the best.
