PREWORK OUT

Going into this session i had some test suspension @ 50mg and injectable Anadrol @ 12.5mg + 5mg halo Solid stack, i do rate it!
2 x crumpets and 40g honey!

DB Neutral Press 2x6 couldnt push theses it hurts my shoulder 30kg today was enough ( same as last week )

Face Pulls 2x12 2RIR
ARMS 4x12


7 days out from capo annual bench comp, body weight is 105.7 this morning check in done with coach, feeling great weights moving well confidence is there cant wait to compete excited as!

I added 22.5kg to my bench in exactly 12months, Last year i benched a lazy 162.5kg this year i benched 185kg, with my opener being 165kg.... great day absolutely perfect, My lifts were 165,175,185 all white lights no mistakes on game day.... back to back winnings taking home first place in 2024 and now 2025 next year we bench 200kg.. @110kg. GODWILLING!

@abolone one thing i can recommend is ground your feet. put a weight under it. don't keep your foot at that angle you are actually working your legs when you do that which takes strength away

Leg drive utilised to push weight in the bench is totally legal in all federations minus the IPF,USAPL. Leg drive is the cheat code to benching all big benchers are heels up benchers..

powerlifting is moving the weight as fast as possible from point a to point b. We're not looking for mass muscle growth here. Different sport.

Very nice on the shoulders, I have started to squat with a tail grip, 3 fingers over the bar pinky and thumb under helps alot with shoulders my Mobility has turned to shit as I got heavier as you'll expect 😭

Bent bars great less strain on the shoulders and won't put alot of strain on my elbows when benching, alot of low bar squaters have elbow pain when benching so were utilising this bar for that purpose and the transition from bent bar to low bar is easy in the future..

bros mid grip bench is something i like. not many people vary up their grips. they always stick to center grip, but wide grip has benefits and so does close grip on triceps @abolone

deload week nothing extreme going on just managing my fatigue body feels good overall, booked the pshyio on monday to check out my left delt.
Diets been very consistent, hydration also, Sleep etc all on point sleeping average 6.5hrs ( please dont tell me i need more i work 60hr weeks it isnt happening, haha.. ) Mots c seems to be A-OK i guess energy is up through-out the day??

Training overall mentally im feeling ready to move some weight cant wait till this health phase is over going to really ramp things up again!
