Arms bicep 2x12, push down tris 2x12, single arm push down 2x1
Feeling OK self unrack with my benching today which really took a hit in the way the bar moved, i dont know how people self unrack that shit sucks.
overall feeling really good and healthy bloods to be ran next week to see how much damage the tren and halo has done to my system lol..
Looking forward to saturday time to push some deadlifts... lets...go!
