Leg drive utilised to push weight in the bench is totally legal in all federations minus the IPF,USAPL. Leg drive is the cheat code to benching all big benchers are heels up benchers..

powerlifting is moving the weight as fast as possible from point a to point b. We're not looking for mass muscle growth here. Different sport.


Placing a weight underneath my foot will not be allowed during competition, there’s rules which must be followed and federations Differ.


Hope this is a expansion for your knowledge...
i am not a powerlifter so i didn't know that. i was always under the impression that toe dragging took away momentum
 
Day 1 week 2 @UGL OZ

Squats

Bent bar squat 1x5 @ 155kg
Bent bar back downs 2x5 @ 140
SSB good mornings 2x6 @ 75kg
Bench press 4x4 @ 72.5kg
Leg press 2x12s @ 250kg
Split Squats 2x8 @ 17.5kg

Benching 3x a week, purpose of benching on squat day is so body gets use to benching after squatting in 3 lift comps its Squat/Bench/Deads.. so body is under a little stress.. time to get use to things im a very bad squatter but working on my q's and slowly progressing hip flexors are always tight which really throws my mind-set off... anyways the work continues
 
Day 1 week 2 @UGL OZ

Bent bar squat 1x5 @ 155kg
Bent bar back downs 2x5 @ 140
SSB good mornings 2x6 @ 75kg
Bench press 4x4 @ 72.5kg

Chest Supported Row 4x8s 75 plates each side
Face Pulls 2x12 -
Arms bicep 2x12, push down tris 2x12, single arm push down 2x1


Feeling OK self unrack with my benching today which really took a hit in the way the bar moved, i dont know how people self unrack that shit sucks.
overall feeling really good and healthy bloods to be ran next week to see how much damage the tren and halo has done to my system lol..


Looking forward to saturday time to push some deadlifts... lets...go! @UGL OZ #1!
