Still battling with sickness, was bed written for two days, flue season in full effect in Australia specific where I'm from.

Diet/Training : Haven't been on point, diet is kinda free for all at the moment as I haven't trained since Sunday which was my day 4. Will try get my Squats done today and go 4 days in a row to complete this week then I go into a deload the following week...

Bloods : Blood tests to be ran this week for coach @PassiveHulk to access and make some decisions based on how bloods are looking.

Sleep : Recently purchased a cpap machine from resmed, have been snoring overly loud and been waking up with a sore throat due to sleeping with my mouth wide open. Thanks @Poprox

@abolone that cupping is something i've been doing for 25 years. it really works wonders. i have my own kit i bought for like $25 online
 
Today is a write off due to sickness 😷
Will have to start my training later in the week and go 4 days straight to get the job done...

Was told to just focus on my main lifts and not overly fatigue myself due to my sickness.. so left most accessories out.

Bench Back downs 2x4 135
Face Pulls 2x12
Once again not over fatigue myself.

@PassiveHulk is happy with my bloods, all markers seem to be A-OK and read to deploy Tren ace on the 21st as planned, very excited yet nervous..but lets fkn go!

Once again didn't push very hard only focusing on my compound movements and next week we start to cook again! TREN.
back to eating and sleeping correctly, cpap has really made a difference with my sleep! feelings good during the day!
Issue is seem to be having random head aches at the moment!

1ML of fluid intake per kg calorie consumed, eg 4 or 5k calorie athletes should be at 4-5L per day he said this should be the absolute minimum.. this was from broderick chavez

Tren micro dosed @ 70mg a week, 2 weeks in so far and safe to say its great, feeling REALLY good, confident happy mellow just fkn GOOD! i was over thinking Tren prior to starting... stay low and go slow! duration is EVERYTHING.

Lower back decided to not quit today which was another win, overall going well sticking to plan and putting in the work no slacking complaining just getting it done day in day out alongside putting my trust in my coaches. time, time, time...just a matter of time...

Rest day tomorrow, taking family out to the movies been really selfish lately and just dialled in and focused on myself, ha...Tren, worst trait ever.
