Changes : Lantus dropped by 5iu on both training and non training days to see if it helps with my sweats in the middle of the night.
Body Glucose Checks : Will also need to be done, Am first thing in the morning, Post work out and 2hrs after last meal of the day. Then changes will be made to peds, nutrition etc
Bloods : @RoidsafeJames, Blood referral booked for tomorrow, pre bloods to be made before adding in 70mg of Tren, deployment date will be on the 21st.
