Approved Log Abolones Strength / Growth Journal - Testosterone, Primobolan, Mast, HGH, Insulin Cycle

UPDATE
Still battling with sickness, was bed written for two days, flue season in full effect in Australia specific where I'm from.

Diet/Training : Haven't been on point, diet is kinda free for all at the moment as I haven't trained since Sunday which was my day 4. Will try get my Squats done today and go 4 days in a row to complete this week then I go into a deload the following week...

Bloods : Blood tests to be ran this week for coach @PassiveHulk to access and make some decisions based on how bloods are looking.

Sleep : Recently purchased a cpap machine from resmed, have been snoring overly loud and been waking up with a sore throat due to sleeping with my mouth wide open. Thanks @Poprox
For the cpap suggestion definitely keen to see theses results in the coming weeks!!

PEDS : 440 test e 350 mast e 350 primobolan e, HGH 4iu resting days 6iu training days 20iu lantus slin training days 15iu lantus slin resting days.

The past week i took the Whole week off gym due to flu absolutely wrecked me...
 
OK. IM BACK! after being absolutely wrecked, bed written!!

So i started my Monday off with Squats
Squat Day 1 DELOAD WEEK.

SSB Squats 2x3 140
SSB Squats Back downs 2x5 130
Was told to just focus on my main lifts and not overly fatigue myself due to my sickness.. so left most accessories out.
Tuesday
Bench
Bench 2x4 145
Bench Back downs 2x4 135
Face Pulls 2x12
Once again not over fatigue myself.

Check-in Update
@PassiveHulk is happy with my bloods, all markers seem to be A-OK and read to deploy Tren ace on the 21st as planned, very excited yet nervous..but lets fkn go!

PB bodyweight -106.1kg 3.9kg left to make weight 8 weeks out from capo bench only.

Special thanks to my coache @PassiveHulk for his on-going positive support, I'm the heaviest and strongest I've been to date, and mentally the most stable and happiest ive been ( well alot is going to change once trens added ) LOL!!
Lastly @UGL OZ thanking you for the sponsorship and support once again, definitely the OG in the game, The stuff you do behind the scenes doesn't go unseen. Always striving for better community!!
