So i started my Monday off with Squats
Squat Day 1 DELOAD WEEK.

SSB Squats 2x3 140
SSB Squats Back downs 2x5 130
Was told to just focus on my main lifts and not overly fatigue myself due to my sickness.. so left most accessories out.
Tuesday
Bench
Bench 2x4 145
Bench Back downs 2x4 135
Face Pulls 2x12
Once again not over fatigue myself.

Check-in Update
@PassiveHulk is happy with my bloods, all markers seem to be A-OK and read to deploy Tren ace on the 21st as planned, very excited yet nervous..but lets fkn go!

PB bodyweight -106.1kg 3.9kg left to make weight 8 weeks out from capo bench only.

nice deload iron training. you are showing how its done @abolone I used to not believe in doing that, but as I've gotten older, I realized it's very beneficial

Day 3 Deadlifts Deload @UGL OZ @UGL OZ @UGL OZ
Once again didn't push very hard only focusing on my compound movements and next week we start to cook again! TREN.
back to eating and sleeping correctly, cpap has really made a difference with my sleep! feelings good during the day!
Issue is seem to be having random head aches at the moment!

That's all i done for todays workout focusing only on compounds..



Noting overly exciting but that's all I've got, for this weeks deadlift day..

Peds - Test440,Mast350,Primo 350, Hgh 6iu Training days, 4iu Resting, 20slin training/ 15iu resting
Nutrition: 5543Cal Training days, 4740 Cal rest days
Water : 5-3L ( need to push a little harder with the water )
Sleep : 7.4hrs
Mood: Mood has been stable and consistent i love DHT + a lil bit of test so easy on the mental state.
Steps 6,000.
