Abdominal Fat

The same old story over and over. I am down to about 11% body fat. I run daily on about a average of 2 miles per day. I weight train 5-6 days per week. My diet is about as strict as it can get. I cut out all dairy products besides some milk with a bowl of fiber one cereal. My carbs only come from fruit and vegtables. I consume about 200 grams of protein a day. I eat my meals every 3-4 hours. I still can't loose the rest of my abdominal fat. What does it take? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Is it possible not to have enough carbs? Could this be preventing the fat burning.

Best guess is the fruit and the grains. Simple sugar, which plays with insulin levels.
For 14 days try no fruit, no grains and more veggies and protein.
Up your vitamins.
It is boring, I know. But watch what happens.

definitely agree, also add some more fat to your diet: olive oil, and fish oil.

My daily diet goes something like this:

7:00am - Protein shake (Isopure and Diet V-8 splash)
Bowl of Fiber one

10:00am - Bowl of Spinach
Tuna Fish

12:00 pm - 6 egg whites, 2 slices ham

4:00 pm - Proten Shake

7:00pm - Chicken breast, Bowl of Spinach

10:00pm - Protein Shake

Has your fat loss stalled entirely, or you're losing fat everywhere still and just not the stuff over your abs?

Abdominal fat (especially lower abs), love handles, and lower back are where males are going to have the most difficult time shedding the fat. If you want a ripped midsection you're most likely just going to have to lower your overall bodyfat another few %.

your diet is terrible. you should look into revamping the whole thing if you seriously want to lose the most difficult fat to lose.

Instead of saying my diet is terrible, how about offereing a better diet then?
