Aas and foodintake suring bulking:)?

Hey guys. We all know that diet is 90% of the results we get in the gym. Do u have any type of speciell way when your thinking diet when on Aas? The 500kcal + over maintanence is to little since aas burns alot. Im ussully 750-800 calories over matanence during bulking...thats when i do as little as 600mg test. But right now im on 800mg tren e and 400mg test ew.. Should i ramp up my foodintake maybe? Before i would just eat, but now im gonna really try to get a spec calculation regarding the calories..
 
It depends a lot on your goal, and what you want to achieve with the cycle. If you are looking to add lean mass with minimal fat gain, then you probably want to be under a 1000 calorie surplus per day. A lot of the extra clories will be stored as fat if you go too high. If you don't care about putting on a little fat, then the 1k cal surplus is probably a good number. Eating the right foods is always important no matter what you decide however.
 
Yeah it is. I remember last time when i did tren a year ago i had to eat lots! Never tried 800mg before, 600 at the most. No pain no gain...

90% of the results are from diet, not the gym. Steroids are used as a crutch to mask poor dieting, training and rest practices.

I suggest you go with weight x 20 as your BMR for bulking (to start) and you an interval cycle calories to punch through plateaus. Best idea is a modified anabolic diet or evolutionary diet with HIT training.
