Hey guys. We all know that diet is 90% of the results we get in the gym. Do u have any type of speciell way when your thinking diet when on Aas? The 500kcal + over maintanence is to little since aas burns alot. Im ussully 750-800 calories over matanence during bulking...thats when i do as little as 600mg test. But right now im on 800mg tren e and 400mg test ew.. Should i ramp up my foodintake maybe? Before i would just eat, but now im gonna really try to get a spec calculation regarding the calories..
