I want to increase my reps in chins.
So far i only can do 12 good reps in a set.
I also want to get a bigger chest.
Thats to of my weakpoints.
Any good advice in a workout routine?
Ussuly i train 4 days a week whit weights.
My routine right now looks like this:
day 1. chest
day 2. back
day 3. rest
day 4. shoulders and arms
day 5. legs
Maybe doing chest twice a week, chins also.
Already doing some chins on my back days.
But i dont see how i will do it.
Can u guys help me?
