Alright guys, Ive been training for about 3 years, but only using free weights for a little over 1 year. For that whole time, my chest/triceps day has consisted of mostly bench pressing, as well as incline presses, and some push-ups. Upon the advice of some of the older guys on these boards, most of whom seem to be more experienced than myself, Ive decided to take at least 3 weeks off chest pressing, on the theory that it's best to mix up one's exercises. My question is, what do you guys think would be some other good chest exercises to do while I take a bench rest? and could u give me an idea of how to do them, if they are complicated or unusual? thanx in advance.
