The only water creatine monohydrate makes you hold is intramuscular water, which is something you'd want.
 
I kinda ran out, lol. Rationalizing it now I realize it's probably important to help avoid muscle loss while dieting, but I guess in the back of my mind, I wanted to cycle it. I suppose I'm trying with my next bulking cycle to recreate the conditions that led to the monster growth I saw late last year. One of those conditions was going onto creatine for the first time, so as much as can be done I'm trying to raise my sensitivity to it.

I do something similar, even though I don't think there really is a significant sensitivity issue.
 
Ive puked a few times from practices. One was we had a pro footnall player come in and lead us in summer conditioning, shit that was horrible.

The worst are fatigue cramps in ur legs. One day i had them in both my quads and hammys. So when i would stretch one, the other would go. That was shitty.
