Greetings Mates!
I haven't been on here much lately but I have been training hard. I'm not even sure if Omega is still around. I hope he is and I hope he reads this.
I sincerely want to say thank you. I was one of the first people to sign up for the Omega Project back in the day. I had moderate success with the program. The short comings were on me, not Omega or the program. I didn't train as hard as I could have and I surely didn't eat like I should have.
However, I still had great results. At the time, I worked at a jail and with that type of work, there are bound to be injuries. I had shoulder injuries, hand injuries, finger injuries etc. I got off of training and eating and undid all of the success I had.
Long story short.
I am 5'7". On January 1st, 2011, I weighed 263 lbs, FAT! I took excellent notes from all of the e-mails and phone calls I had with Omega from back in the day. I broke that stuff out and reviewed it.
January 1st, 2012. I stepped on the scale today and tipped it at 196 lbs. I used what I learned from Omega, his training programs and his diet advice. I lost all my weight WITHOUT using any supps at all! Just a very clean diet, calorie counting, and a six day training regime.
I just want to say thank you. It doesn't seem like enough for a guy that has had such a huge impact in my life, but seriously Omega, THANK YOU!
