Lifting tonight:

Barbell Military press: 5-6 sets

Upright Rows: 2-3 sets

Power Cleans: 3 sets

And anything else I come up with for using an olympic bar at home with.

No time for the gym... working like an irish potato farmer, minus the famine. And tons of course work to complete and turn in TOMORROW, AHHHHHH!!!!!

UPDATE:

Clen: dropped to 50 mcg today cuz I had 2 presentations to do. (didn't want to be jittery during that... would have SUCKED)

tomorrow shooting up to 70 mcg again.

Then off... and taking taurine and potassium with me on my hiatus to keep those going while i'm away for my liver and water balance.

Tonight: Scattered lifts in my basement...

flat barbell bench 3 sets.

Power Clean to front Squat (those are FUN!) :chomp:

Tomorrow tons of shit to do before I leave (thurs. a.m.)... prolly be on here to check but deff. no gym again, no time.... possibly bust out some deadlifts here with all the weight I can find in my basement only 300 lb. OLY bar set up, i can do high rep sets for a change of pace.

I wish I had an area where I could setup a home gym. All i'd need is a nice power rack with the cables and attachmens, 500 lbs of weights, an adjustable bench, some of those adjustable dumbells. I think about 2 years worth of gym membership fees would cover it...
 
Speaking of adjustable dumbells... some fuck nut just broke one of my dropping it on the floor!!! Going to "exchange" it at a near by sports store for a new one when I get a chance.... Select Tech dumbells are pretty sweet IMHO.... i like 'em!

Yeah 500 lbs would be nice... i need some more 45's :)
 
HAHAHA... bro, you must have forgotten somewhere along the lines where I changed my goals :)

I didn't want to start doing insaine cardio and loosing Muscle weight... so taking it slow manipulating the diet and training my ass off, remember?!

Well I'm out of the country tomorrow morning... when I return back on track and dieting hard to get rid of some more fatty cells by summer (my ultimate goal). I'm pretty happy right now... way better than I looked in december! So it's moving along.
