3rd Leg Workout – Takin’ it “Easy”
… semi-TUT for Legs

Start Time 5:05pm
5 minute Arch to get warm then stretch

Squats: 135x8, 155x8, 175x8
Lunges: 25s – 8, 30s – 8, 35s – 8
Leg Ext: 90x8, 110x8, 120x8
Leg Curl: 100x8, 110x8, 120x8
Standing Calves: 300x10, 400x8, 480x8

Rope Crunches (cybex): “8”x8, “7”x8, “6”x10 … I didn’t like the cybex cable… “8” felt a lot heavier and felt as though I wouldn’t be able to stay on the floor if I went much heavier :rolleyes:

6 minute Treadmill walking incline (knee test)

End Time 5:58pm

Knee felt good through the workout….not great, still weary of making things worst. Had flats on (Puma Speedcats... so damn comfortable..but not for walking/running) and my knee did VERY well on the treadmill…felt great even…. Stretched throughout entire workout and after… prefaced workout with 400mg Ibprophen.

calves, quads, and glutes feel 45.7% abused. (in order of abusedness)

100% = can't move :lmao:

Gotta try the leg sled next round to see if I can do that without pain.

Updatage:
So yesterday... under 3000 calories I think, today I'm deeming eat whatever whenever... get fecking food in my mouth... load up damnit!!!

ARGGGGGGGGGGG!! - yes, i'm a pirate by weekend :evil:

Average Cals for week, not what i want... nor training either.. going to do delt in my basement and maybe some jumping around outside cuz my calves are fecking soooorrreeee and I'm going to help an old friend move in about 1 hour... get rid of this soreness, some delts... wake up a bit more... shower and get the heck outa here!!!

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee and the weekend begins :garza: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: ;)
 
I must have busted through 7,000 calories yesterday :)


.... super cheat load fest, i'm going to explode right now.

Poppin' Gluc-R's like Pezz candy and swiggin' water washing all the junk down.
