Calzone Friday or saturday for a week of kicking ass ... TREAT yourself .. NOT the day just a meal ( or what would = 2) .. You will get the cals in ... otay ? Walnuts & almonds with a musclemilk or the like? some PB = sure will bump those cals up ...
