Great... the adjusted car seat is fecking wonderful... A little over 1 whole year of driving with my knee in a strained position
How's Rotator after that workout?
Great... Didn't want to do Declines though, because on flat I felt my left shoulder start to feel weakened (hard to explain... it comes to a point sometimes where i just drop the weight cuz my shoulder/rotator can't keep it together)
Bet abs looking Stellar ...
