As far as what I do for my other basic exercises, There just divide up between width, and thickness
example:
On my deadlift assistance days ill do,
Rack Pulls
Reverse Hypers
Speed Deads
Then after im done with that ill finsh up on my width movements
Pullups
Pulldowns
Closegrip Pulldowns
Seated Rows
And I always do shrugs on back day
On my regular deadlift
deadlifts
Then onto thickness
Pulldowns (always do these for the lats)
Barbell rows
DB rows
T-Bar rows
Seated Rows (with a lat pulldown bar)
shrugs
It might seem like I do alot and it will take me forever, but I train fast. I dont train slow!
