60,30,10 - cutting diet

Hey all..tried out the p=60%,f=30%,c=10% last week. this is a sample of one of the days...what do u think?
Last time I tested, i was at 21%bf..wana lose about 5%
My workouts are always first thing in the morning..the diet is as follows...

m1;protein shake w 1/2 soy milk,1/2 h2o

m2; boiled egg, can of tuna (in oil) spinach leaves and tsp avo

m3;grilled salmon steak w green salad

m4;myoplex lo carb shake (p=20,c=2,f=3) and small can of samon

m5;tuna, boiled egg & green salad

m6; tuna, spinach leaves and flaxseed oil

total cals 1310
p=149 60%
f=72 30%
c=23 10%

what you guys think? Should I lower my fat? also what about substituting some of the tuna for a slice of cheese (no carbs)??

I will get my bf% tested on thursday..i think i have dropped since last tested.
The diet is easy for me to maintain - i think i would go nuts on a bodyopus/keto diet - i need to use my brain at work..so zero carbs is just stupid.
anyways carbs in the form of soy milk, green vegies ie lettuce and broccolli keeps u sane and gives u a little fibre and calcium. so i justify it.

maybe when the weather gets hotter ill drop to zero carbs..try it out for a week or sumthing?!

anyways i weighed myself this morning...48.5kg...bit low...but i dont care as long as bf% is down by end of week...
