10 min bike ride
Side and rear delt massacre
Did a ton of face pulls and side laterals, pull-ups , basically focused on width enhancing exercises tonight.
10 min treadmill sprints along with some nasty ab circuit !
Getting harder to keep pace with work dragging me down this is a long shift before Christmas break, going on 16days strait 3 more to go ...
Workouts still remain intense I don't stop . Weight around 198 today
