1 legged hammy curls
1 plate x failure ( back and fourth 4 sets No break)
Front squats

315x1(nasty wrist pain)

Sldl ( dumbbells)
65x15x12x12 ( strained Left hammy almost, stretched it out alot post workout)
10 min intense bike ride
Bicep massacre and ab work. Feeling very lean, very mean,motivated and well feeling great haha fuck yes.
