Protein pancakes and coconut almond milk

Keeping weight at about 75% max I would say I'm not certain but I want to leave room to grow and not burn out. It's not a struggle but I feel form is perfect and I'm working on building back up to my levels naturally. The weight feels good and solid correct movements

Then crushed calfs, leg extentions and hammy curls

Then more arms

3 sets split squats per leg

3 sets heavy donkey calf raises

Leg press 6 plates a side 12 reps 3 sets
